Privacy Statement
This statement explains which personal data are collected when you visit this website or book a stay, why they are collected and what your rights are. It has been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

2. Data collected
Only the data necessary for the purposes described below are collected:
- Booking data: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, dates of stay, number of occupants, information you provide in your messages;
- Payment data: amount, date and status of payments, transaction identifier. Your bank card details are entered directly with Stripe; the lessor has no access to them and does not store them;
- Individual police registration form: for guests of foreign nationality, French regulations require the collection of surname, first names, date and place of birth, nationality, usual place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, and dates of arrival and departure;
- Reviews: first name or pseudonym, rating and comment that you choose to publish after your stay;
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, collected by means of cookies and technical logs, under the conditions described in the Cookie Policy.
The data marked as mandatory in the booking form are necessary for the conclusion of the contract; without them, the booking cannot be recorded.

Your data are not subject to any automated decision-making or to any profiling producing legal effects. They are neither sold nor rented to third parties.
4. Recipients of the data
Your data are intended for the lessor. They are also passed on, to the extent necessary, to the following service providers, which act on the lessor's behalf or for the performance of the service:

Your data may also be disclosed to the competent authorities where required by law, in particular the individual police registration forms, at the request of the police or gendarmerie.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Your data are hosted in the European Union. Some service providers, in particular Stripe and Google, may transfer data to the United States. These transfers are governed by the adequacy decision relating to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

At the end of these periods, the data are deleted or anonymised.
7. Guest reviews
After your stay, you may be invited to leave a review. Doing so is optional. If you consent, your review is published on the website together with your first name or a pseudonym. You may at any time request that it be amended or removed by writing to the address given in Article 1.
8. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect your data against loss, alteration and unauthorised access: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the website's administration area, use of service providers offering sufficient guarantees.
9. Your rights
You have the following rights in respect of the data concerning you:
- right of access and right to obtain a copy;
- right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- right to erasure, within the limits laid down by law;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- right to portability of the data you have provided;
- right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- right to give instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death.

If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL – Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France – www.cnil.fr – or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
